on Designers, we want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase!

If there’s a problem with your order/item or the item is not as described, please email support@vibrantspring.org explaining the situation and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

Returns are accepted for up to 14 days after your item is delivered for a full refund, so long as the item satisfies the following criteria:

– All items are in their original condition

– All of the tags are attached (New with Tags items must be returned with original tags attached)

– All items have not been worn

– All items are free of any odors

– All items are free of stains or tears

Simply place the items you don’t want back in their packaging and contact support@vibrantspring.org  for a return label and next steps. Please ensure all of the items are securely packaged, so they are not damaged in transit.

STORE CREDIT

For a store credit refund, return labels are free. Returns will be processed and store credit will be available in your account 5-10 business days after Vibrant Spring Ltd
on Designers receives your return order. Store credit will be available under “Vouchers” in “My Account.”

ORIGINAL PAYMENT

For original payment returns a return label cost of $5.99 will be deducted from your refund amount. Refunds will be processed and available in your account 5-10 business days after Vibrant Spring Ltd
on Designers receives your return order. Depending on your payment method, refunds can take up to an additional 3-5 business days to be refunded.

Please note we are not able to refund the original shipping charge when returning items.
